We stock all products available on website, and you can see whether the item you would like is in stock, or not. On the rare chance that we have sold out of the product that you want by mistake, we can offer you either a full refund of the paid amount, or we will ensure to source it at the earliest (see Sale Policy).

This means you can give specific instructions regarding when you will be available at home or where to leave your parcel if you’re not home. With a neighbor/security officer? By the back door? In the event that you are not available to receive the order as per the agreed delivery time, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
